River
The river is easily accessible and simple fishable. There is a driveable way alongside the river that will bring from pool to pool. The lower part are within easy walking distance from the Lodge. An 4 Wheels-Drive vehicle is absolutely necessary.
But we would recommend that the rental car should be all terrain car.
We are allowing catch and freeze but we are also happy if you release your caught. Of course is your decision with the exception that all female salmon with a length of 70 cm must be released. This supported our smolt program and the stock of bigger fish in the River Dunká.
Our fishing season runs from 1st July to 25th September. The best weeks are generally they with high water.
